Butterflies!!

Today Audrey went to preschool, and they're learning about butterflies and caterpillars. When I went to pick up Audrey today, her teacher gave each of the parents a little tiny cup with a little caterpillar in it! Its so fun, we're going to get to watch it turn into a butterfly! Audrey is ecstatic! She runs into the kitchen every so often to see if her catepillar has turned into a butterfly yet. I asked her if her caterpillar was a boy or a girl. She said it was a boy. And that she wanted to name him... ready for this? Fawah. Lol Yep. I have no idea what name that is, but she's so stuck on that name. She wanted to name the dog that, but we didn't know what she was saying, and we still don't. I don't know what Fawah is, and I can't translate it. Lol But she's so proud of her caterpillar. And when her caterpillar turns into a beautiful butterfly, she gets to release it into the world so that everybody can see it! (And those words came out of her mouth!) It was so precious :)

Lets see... Ethan is sick now. He has, what the doctor calls, Sinusitis, which I think is a fancy word for a cold. Hannah's starting to have a runny nose and she's running kind of warm. And now Jayson has acute bronchitis. So, lots of fun here!

Oh, and Jayson got me a babysitting job too. I watch a 2 1/2 yr old little boy named Matthew Monday thru Friday from 1-5, and she offered to pay me $100 a week! I'm pretty excited about that :) He gets along well with the kids, but he doesn't listen. I guess that just goes to show that no kid listens. Lol

AND at the end of April, beginning of May, me and Jayson will have the privelage of going to Orlando, Florida for 12 days! We are SO excited, and will be leaving the kids with Aunt Sandra. We just hope they'll behave for her. YAY thanks Aunt Sandra!!

The Biglers (Natalie, Jayson, Audrey, Ethan and Hannah) oh, and Bear and Fawah Hahaha

Hi Natalie, just read your blog about the babysitting job and wanted to forewarn you that they could end up giving you a 1099 at the end of the year so they can claim it on their taxes as a childcare expense. If they plan on doing this you will want to make sure you are covered as far as paying income taxes.

I remember doing the chrysallis experiment as a kindergartner too except they did it too late in the school year and we never got to see them. Once it has morphed you should take her to the Butterfly Pavillion to see them again in their different varieties.

Stay healthy,

Dad
